About Mufti Ismail Menk

Ismail Musa Menk was born in Harare, Zimbabwe. He was tutored by his father who is a well known scholar and Da'ee. He completed his hifz and recitation courses at an early age and learnt the Arabic and Urdu languages whilst studying Shariah under his father. At the same time the attended an Academic College in Harare where he completed his  secondary secular education.
He then attained a degree in Shariah from the University of Madinah and later specialised in Iftaa at Darul Uloom Kantharia in Gujarat.
He is a broad minded, tolerant motivational speaker who has won the hearts of many.
He teaches at the Darul Ilm in Harare and finds the time to attend many international religious conferences, seminars etc. He is also Imaam at the Arcadia Masjid in Harare.
He has been invited on lecture tours to many countries. He contributes towards the Islamic content of various media networks and is an experienced social worker and counselor. He enjoys spending time with the underpriviledged.
Each year he spends the month of Ramadhaan with a far off community explaining the Qur'aanic teachings. This work is all done solely to earn Allah's Pleasure without any monetary gain or remuneration involved.

Dr. Khalid Abdullah Tariq Al-Mansour Dr. Al-Mansour is an International Attorney and Businessman. His college education was obtained at Howard University, where he majored in Philosophy and Logic, and at the University of California School of Law at Berkeley where he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree. He is a Phi Beta Kappa recipient and is listed in the World's Who's Who in Finance and Industry, International Who's Who in the Arab World, Who's Who in Public Affairs, Royal Blue Book of London, International Who's Who of Intellectuals, Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in California, Who's Who in the World and Who's Who in Black America. Dr. Al-Mansour has spent most of his adult life as a businessman/lawyer, intellectual, religious activist, author and teacher. His business and professional interests include co-founding the International Law Firm of Al-Waleed, Al-Talal & Al-Mansour, representing the O.P.E.C. interest of the famous Los Angeles trial, I.M.A.W.C. vs. O.P.E.C.; and serving as a co-founder and director of the Saudi African Bank (SAB), the United Bank for Africa (UBA) and the World United Bank for Africa (WUBA).

Every individual sets out goals that are important to him or her. Yet not one of these needs is as important as one blessing you possess at every moment: breathing. If you had been unable to breathe for a minute, you would have given up all you owned in order to be able to breathe again. In another minute or so you would have lost consciousness. Brain death would follow in another two or three minutes, and your life would be at an end. This process, which seems so simple and which very few people ever think about, is actually the first link in a miracle. Every cell in our bodies needs the oxygen provided by breathing. The beating of your heart, the movements of your muscles, cell division, thought would not be possible without oxygen. In this film, you will see what a great blessing breathing is and how each one of the systems which allow you to breathe is a miraculous example of God’s creation.

Medicine and biology books explain that we owe our senses of smell and taste to our nose, tongue and brain. It is true that we smell and taste with the help of these organs. But to whom do we owe our nose and brain? This supreme intelligence belongs to God, Who has created the whole human body down to its smallest detail.

The period when the theory of evolution was advanced greatly differed from today in terms of its extremely poor level of science and technology. 19th century scientists had to work in simple laboratories with quite primitive equipment. Furthermore, scientists were still under the influence of many superstitious beliefs upheld since the Middle Ages. One of these superstitious beliefs was that life had a simple form. Going as far back as Aristotle, this belief maintained that life could self-originate by the coincidental assembly of inanimate matter in a moist milieu. While developing his theory, Darwin and the biologists who followed him were mistaken. In the one and a half centuries that have passed since Darwin's day, giant steps have been taken in science and technology. Scientists discovered the structure of the cell. They saw with surprise that it is not simple at all as earlier supposed. It was revealed that the cell has a system so complex as to have been unimaginable in Darwin's time. It was then clearly understood that this complex system did not originate by sheer coincidence as the 19th century scientists claimed, but was created with a superior creation - Allah.

Everyone knows what a seed is… But perhaps they have never considered how countless different plants come from a little thing that looks like a piece of wood. If you think more carefully about a seed, you will see that it is a great miracle. The colors, designs, smells and all the other qualities of the plants you see around are hidden in a tiny seed. With this film you will witness that a tiny seed by itself is a proof of God's magnificent art of creation.
